Nilal Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Nilal. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use it

You must be looking for a marriage partner for yourself or a family member. Brides must be at least 18 and grooms at least 21. One person, one account; the details you give must be true.

Your conduct

Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten or deceive anyone, ask for money, share other people’s contact details or photos without consent, or use the app for anything other than finding a life partner.

Report anything wrong from the profile menu; we review reports and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Plans and payments

Gold and Premium plans are subscriptions bought through Google Play. They renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play; refunds follow Google Play’s policy. Prices and offers are shown before you buy.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play first.

Our role

Nilal introduces members to each other; we do not arrange marriages or check every claim people make. Meet carefully, involve your family, and verify information yourself before any decision.

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what members say or do.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
