Delete your Nilal account

In the app: open Me → Delete account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app: email smewritingagency@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile, photos, horoscope, private details (last name, date of birth, phone number, location, health), interests, saved profiles, messages, voice notes, requests and notifications.

Profiles you created as a parent that nobody took over are deleted too.

Kept for a limited time only where the law requires it: logs of reported misuse (up to 180 days).

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
